Protein Pizza Egg Bites
Easy egg bite recipe that tastes like pizza and is PACKED with protein from the eggs, egg whites and greek yogurt!
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Total time: 20 minutes
Servings: 12
Notes: Low-carb/high protein, lasts in fridge up to 5 days or individually wrap, freeze, and reheat in air fryer.
Ingredients
5 whole eggs
5 egg whites
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (the kind that comes in oil)
1/2 cup parmesan
3 tbsp basil (torn)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt & 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well.
Grease a muffin tin with lots of oil to prevent from sticking.
Pour mixture in each muffin tin.
Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until the tops are set and slightly golden.
