Chocolate Chia Mousse
A protein-rich breakfast or snack on the go that comes together in minutes!

Notes: High-protein, fiber rich, lasts in fridge up to 5 days.
Ingredients
2 cups 5% Greek yogurt
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
6 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
raspberries for topping
Instructions
To a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients together except the raspberries. Ensure everything is well combined, and the wet and dry ingredients are entirely incorporated.
Add the mixture evenly among separate sealable cups (I used mason jars), and add raspberries to the top.
