Perfectly Jammy Air Fryer Eggs

This is my foolproof method for making the perfect hard-boiled eggs. No waiting for water to boil—just 11 minutes and they’re done!

Prep time: 0 minutes

Cooking time: 11 minutes

Total time: 11 minutes

Servings: 12

Notes: Best stored in airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.

Ingredients

  • 12 pasture raised eggs

Instructions

  1. Place the eggs directly into the air fryer tray.

  2. Air fry at 270 degrees Fahrenheit for 11 minutes.

  3. Prepare an ice bath by filling a large bowl with ice and water.

  4. After cooking, transfer the eggs immediately to the ice bath. This will stop the cooking process.

  5. Dry off the eggs thoroughly and store in an airtight container.

Deli Style Chicken Salad

This chicken salad recipe will become your new obsession! It brings back memories of my favorite delis from when I lived in NYC. By lightly pulsing the chicken in a food processor, you achieve an even texture that’s packed with flavor!
