This is my foolproof method for making the perfect hard-boiled eggs. No waiting for water to boil—just 11 minutes and they’re done!

Cooking time: 11 minutes
Total time: 11 minutes

Notes: Best stored in airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.
Ingredients
12 pasture raised eggs
Instructions
Place the eggs directly into the air fryer tray.
Air fry at 270 degrees Fahrenheit for 11 minutes.
Prepare an ice bath by filling a large bowl with ice and water.
After cooking, transfer the eggs immediately to the ice bath. This will stop the cooking process.
Dry off the eggs thoroughly and store in an airtight container.
