Turkey Bacon Egg Cups
One of the best life-saving recipes for busy mornings! So easy for a grab-and-go option. Each egg cup packs 12g of protein!
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Total time: 25 minutes
Servings: 12
Notes: high-protein, low-carb, lasts in fridge up to 5 days. I like to reheat them in the air fryer or toaster oven.
Ingredients
1 1/2 packages of uncured turkey bacon
12 pasture raised eggs
Parmesan cheese
salt & pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Lightly grease a muffin tin with some oil or butter.
Tear each slice of turkey bacon in half and arrange them in the muffin tin, creating a crisscross pattern.
Carefully crack an egg into each turkey bacon-lined cup.
Season each cup with a pinch of salt, pepper and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your liking.
