About me!

Hi there, I'm Lainie Kates, a Holistic Nutritionist and recipe developer. I whip up easy, healthy, high-protein recipes and more, all aimed at helping you feel amazing without slaving away in the kitchen.

Back in college, I struggled with my relationship with food and battled crippling PCOS symptoms such as mood swings, cystic acne, brain fog, poor gut health and more. Doctors had very little answers and solutions for me. After a scary ER visit (which I thought was just an excruciating stomach ache, but turned out to be ruptured cysts on my ovaries), I realized I needed to make a life change. I dove into holistic practices on my own, making simple shifts like eating whole foods and more protein & fiber. It worked wonders for me, sparking my passion to learn more and help others.

Cooking has always been my happy place, and I believe it should be simple and enjoyable. My newsletter is all about making cooking easy, fun, and meal-prep friendly to save you time throughout your busy week. Let’s get inspired!
