My hopes are to build a community for all of us who want access to healthier and easier recipes that are meal prep friendly to save you both time and money. There will be plenty of wellness tips & tricks along the way!

Three Recipes
Dill Pickle Tuna Salad
Amazing lunch option! Easy peasy! Takes 5 minutes to make.
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 0 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes
Servings: 8-10
Notes: Low-carb/high-protein, lasts in fridge up to 1 week. Great stuffed in cucumber boats, lettuce boats, or served on toasted sourdough bread
Ingredients
4 5oz cans tuna
zest and juice of 1 lemon
1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
1/3 cup greek yogurt
2 tbsp mayo
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried or fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large bowl. Mix well to combine. Add extra green onions on top when serving!
